Each sparkly breast cancer awareness ribbon pendant is handmade out of 12 gauge sterling silver wire. It is hammer forged for the hammered pattern look and than sculpted into a cancer awareness ribbon. A decorative sterling wire-wrapped look on the ribbon holds seven sparkly pink Swarovski crystals in place. The length of the necklace is 18 inches long.
